E Commerce Operations Manager (full Time)

Acton, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

I am not looking for someone who has it all figured out. I am not even looking necessarily for someone that ticks every box. I am looking for someone that I can trust, that is always ready to go the extra mile and is quick. I want Rouge Technologies to be a more than just a job you turn up to and go home. I want someone that loves the idea of living and breathing it. And when the company grows, so will you.

Rouge Technologies has been in operation for almost 5 years, selling consumer electronics online (through our website as well as online platforms such as eBay, Amazon and more).

We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of a growing business. We have a lot of exciting plans and I want someone who is dedicated to joining us as we progress to the next level.

This role provides a unique opportunity to work directly with the owner of the company, offering hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a growing business.

This a fast-paced and demanding role. There is unlikely to be much downtime. We have 100 different ideas and we want to try them all. If you do not thrive in a busy, dynamic environment then this role is not for you. Hard work and a can do attitude is necessary. I am looking for someone who is and continues to want to be a winner. That constantly wants to improve and be better.
