EK FIELD LTD is a small but rapidly growing company that has recently shifted its focus from reselling to developing its own brands, whilst maintaining our success in the former field. This transition offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to play a key role in building and scaling a brand, supported by the strength of our established trade presence. You will be working directly with the Managing Director and closely with a friendly team of 6-8 colleagues, where ideas are valued and teamwork drives our success.

Job Summary

We are growing company seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-Commerce Manager to oversee our online sales operations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive profitability while managing day-to-day e-commerce activities. You will be responsible for supervising a team, stock purchasing, e-commerce product listing creation and general executive assistance.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the e-commerce business, including profit & loss analysis on a per product basis, to ensure financial targets are met. Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Reviewing sales projections and stock levels for the purpose of purchase orders. Small amount of customer service (email).

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in some of the areas listed below, though it is not expected that they will have expertise in all. When applying, please outline your relevant knowledge in:

- Excel (VLOOKUP, find & replace, formulas)

- Amazon seller central (flat file listing, product variations, keywords, listing optimisation, FBA shipments, customer service, inventory management, account health, reports, amazon brand analytics, PPC Campaigns)

- Helium 10 (BSR, Keyword tracking, Cerebro, Inventory management)

- Outlook

- Business-to-business sales (retailers and wholesalers)

- Brand development and product launch
