We are seeking a motivated Administrator to join our expanding E-Commerce team in a full-time, permanent role. Working 40 hours per week on a shift basis between Monday and Sunday, you will report directly to the E-Commerce Manager and play a vital role within our fast-paced, 24/7 cargo import operation. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing team, where no two days are the same and your contribution will directly support the smooth and compliant movement of goods through our e-commerce facility.
You will play an essential role in supporting the efficient handling, documentation and compliance of air cargo operations. You will ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner to facilitate the smooth movement of goods.

Duties
Managing and checking import documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
Preparing load lists and manifests, securing approvals, and releasing shipments to final-mile providers
Issuing loading instructions and load plans to warehouse teams
Transmitting electronic and manual manifests to required standards
Receiving, splitting, and distributing inbound flight paperwork
Proactively notifying customers of shipment arrivals
Acting as the first point of contact for staff queries relating to HR, payroll, rosters, training, and operational matters
Maintaining accurate records for staffing, absence reporting, training, and communications
Working closely with HR on onboarding, contracts, right-to-work checks, and ID management
Supporting roster preparation to ensure effective staffing coverage
Providing general administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and meeting coordination
Experience
Proven office experience in an administrative or clerical role
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Demonstrated typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
Good phone etiquette and communication skills to liaise professionally with clients and colleagues
Previous experience in data management or record keeping is advantageous
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephony systems
