Job Description

Monster Group is growing fast, and our spare parts function is at the heart of further success. We're now looking for an E-commerce Parts & Supply Chain Manager -- someone who combines commercial thinking with operational know-how to keep our systems slick, stock accurate, and opportunities growing.

In this role, you'll forecast demand, manage supplier relationships, and identify new ways to turn spare parts into a profitable business line across our global e-commerce platforms.

What you'll do:



Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Supply Chain teams to anticipate and meet parts demand. Liaise with suppliers about ordering parts to fulfil forecasted demand. List spare parts on websites and sales channels, including photographing and uploading accurate product details. Ensure website and system stock levels reconcile with physical stock. Handle escalated customer queries, using your technical knowledge to identify the right parts. Drive sales opportunities by improving listings and identifying commercial growth areas. Oversee the spare parts function including managing the team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Control spare parts inventory to ensure stock levels are always accurate. Carry out people management responsibilities, including one-to-ones and team development.

What you'll bring:



Commercial awareness and an eye for opportunities. Proven stock forecasting experience to ensure the right parts are in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantities. Excellent organisational and planning skills. Strong people management ability, with experience in one-to-ones and team development. Technical knowledge with the ability to identify product parts accurately. Experience in stock control and inventory management. Proactive, problem-solving approach with continuous improvement mindset. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Working Pattern and location:



The role is full time - starting between 8.00am and 9.30am, and finish between 4.00pm and 5.30pm (37.5 hours per week with 30 minutes or 1 hour for lunch). You'll be based mainly at our Head Office just outside York, with regular visits (typically 1-2 days per week) to our Scunthorpe warehouse.
