About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Ecommerce Product and Pricing Administrator. This is a brand-new position, offering the right person an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of the role, establish best practices, and make a real impact on how we manage our online product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage website pricing to ensure competitiveness while maximising profitability. Analyse product and sales data to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and bundling to increase average order value. Administer and optimise the use of Prisync (our pricing intelligence tool), ensuring accurate and actionable insights. Track and implement partner promotions and offers to enhance our competitive edge. Collaborate with the wider teams to align pricing strategies with inventory levels and promotional plans. Contribute to ongoing development of pricing models, promotional strategies, and product segmentation based on market trends and customer behavior.

Skills and Experience

Proficient in Excel and gnarl data reporting Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Highly organised with excellent time management skills; capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Confident communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally with commercial, technical, and creative teams. Commercially astute with a passion for delivering results and improving customer experience. Prior experience with ecommerce pricing or merchandising tools (e.g., Prisync, Google Analytics, or similar) is an advantage.
