Monster Group is growing fast, and we're now looking for an E-commerce Sales Co-ordinator to help drive growth across our spare parts....

This role focuses on sales, marketing, and customer engagement -- combining strong organisational skills with a commercial mindset to support and develop this growing area of the business.

What you'll do:



Forecast demand and manage stock ordering, working closely with suppliers to ensure the right products are available at the right time. List and market products across our e-commerce channels. Respond to customer and sales enquiries about parts for their products, including handling inbound calls and helping customers identify and order the correct parts. Identify and drive sales opportunities to improve listings and boost performance across online channels. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth processes and an excellent customer experience.

What you'll bring:



Excellent communication and customer service skills, confident in handling sales calls and queries. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy across multiple tasks. Highly organised and able to work autonomously, managing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. An interest in stock forecasting, ordering, and e-commerce marketing, previous experience is helpful but not essential. A willingness to build technical knowledge of product parts (advantageous but not required). Commercial awareness and a keen eye for spotting sales opportunities.

Working Pattern and location:



The role is full time - starting between 8.00am and 9.30am, and finish between 4.00pm and 5.30pm (37.5 hours per week with 30 minutes or 1 hour for lunch). You'll be based mainly at our Head Office just outside York, with occasional visits (typically once a fortnight) to our Scunthorpe warehouse.
