Part-Time eCommerce & Stock Control Assistant

The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and organised eCommerce & Stock Control Assistant to join our team at our Ferryquay Street store. This role will support our Digital Sales Director in keeping our online store up-to-date, accurate, and engaging, while also assisting with stock control, ensuring levels are correct.

Key Responsibilities:

Upload and configure new products to our eCommerce platform with accuracy Edit and prepare product images using Canva Identify and resolve product errors, discrepancies, and issues promptly Take stock on a regular basis Assist with general eCommerce duties as required

Requirements:

Availability to work 16 hours per week Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks

Desirable Skills (not essential):

Previous stockroom or retail experience Data entry experience Copywriting skills for product descriptions Experience in luxury fashion or retail logistics Basic knowledge of photography, HTML, or SEO

Job Type:

Part-time, office-based (no remote working) 16 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours during busy periods
