Job Description

TP-Link UK is looking for

two Stock Control Assistants

to join our rapidly growing warehouse team. The successful candidates will support the daily management of stock levels, ensure accurate inventory records, and help maintain smooth warehouse operations.

You will be responsible for monitoring incoming and outgoing goods, performing stock checks, and identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies to ensure stock accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records in the inventory management system. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly. Receive, label, and store incoming goods correctly. Monitor stock movements and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded. Prepare stock reports and provide timely updates to management. Work closely with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure stock availability and accuracy. Report any damaged, missing, or expired stock items to the Stock Control Supervisor. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Skills and Requirements

A Level or equivalent qualification (logistics or inventory management is a plus). Previous experience in stock control, warehouse operations, or inventory management preferred. Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with basic inventory systems. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
