Why this role matters:




We're hiring a commercially driven

eCommerce Trading Manager

to lead our global Direct-to-Consumer channels -- Brand.com and Amazon -- across the UK, US, and EU. You'll be responsible for commercial forecasting, day-to-day trading, activation planning, and performance delivery. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

What you'll be doing:



Trading & Forecasting

Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance across DTC channels. Lead forecasting and reforecasting processes in partnership with Finance and Supply Chain. Use commercial insight to manage pacing, spot risks, and optimise in real time.

Channel Strategy & Execution



Lead trading across Brand.com and Amazon, ensuring both synergy and channel-specific tactics. Define and execute strategies across conversion, AOV, traffic, and retention. Own and maintain the DTC Activation Calendar: promotions, campaigns, launches.

Amazon Ownership



Be the main point of contact for our Amazon agency -- co-owning strategy and execution across ads, content, and operations. Monitor performance and optimise for growth, ROAS, and efficiency.

Site Development & Web Agency Management



Manage the web development agency to drive CRO, UX, and functional improvements. Prioritise initiatives that support revenue growth and enhance the customer experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration



Partner with the CRM & Media Manager to align trading and media/CRM activity. Work closely with Marketing, Content, and CX to deliver seamless campaigns. Present performance insights to senior stakeholders and support commercial planning.

What you'll bring:



4+ years' experience in DTC eCommerce, trading, or commercial management. Proven track record of managing forecasts, trading calendars, and performance delivery. Experience leading or co-managing Amazon and Brand.com. Strong collaboration skills and ability to manage agencies and cross-functional teams. Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen and attention to detail. A performance mindset with confidence in owning targets and forecasts. Commercial thinking that balances short-term results with long-term strategy. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A passion for eCommerce and the ability to work at pace.
