Ecommerce Trading Lead



LeMieux has an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial online trading manager looking for a new challenge in a fast-growing global equestrian company.

We have an ambitious vision and are looking to add to our 180-strong HQ team to achieve it. Reporting into the Ecommerce Manager you'll be working across departments and ultimately, helping to make LeMieux the most exciting equestrian brand on the planet.

The Ecommerce Trading Lead will be responsible for day-to-day trading activities and tactical activations required to hit budget and sell through plans. This role involves website and product performance analysis, commercial planning and close collaboration with various departments to deliver effective trading plans.

Key Responsibilities



B2C weekly trading plans including promotions, activations, website merchandising, bundling, ad spots, landing pages and some other owned channel content in collaboration with the marketing team. This includes helping to build a wider a strategy for trading and also delivering day to day tactics. B2B weekly trading plans working in close collaboration with the wholesale team. Being a representative of the inventory and merchandising teams within the commercial online function, having your finger on the pulse of inventory positions and sell through plans, then working to increase performance of slower moving products to achieve those plans. Owning our loyalty/rewards program deal mechanics and working closely with the Product team and CRM Lead to keep the rewards offerings fresh and maximise the performance of this channel. Analysing website performance and online product sales at category and SKU level, reporting this to the Trade team each week, setting clear targets/KPIs and presenting options to hit them.

Suitable applicants will display the following skills and experience:



Commercially focused, entrepreneurial and have a proven track record of owning and delivering successful trading plans. A sound understanding of inventory management basics including sell through plans. An analytical mindset as well as a commercial one, able to dig into reports, analyse data and produce actionable trading plans that will drive results. A background in sporting goods, fashion or any other seasonal consumer goods business would be hugely advantageous. Ambition. This is a rapidly growing business, and we want staff that can grow with us.
Please note this position is based full-time, Monday to Friday, from our East Wellow office near Romsey. We passionately believe in building strong team bonds and really value the effective collaboration that working together in person brings.
