We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive Food Experience Representatives to join our dynamic Edinburgh-based team, starting in August. This self-employed role is ideal for outgoing individuals passionate about Edinburgh's vibrant food scene, who thrive on engaging directly with the public in popular locations across the city. Fluent English is essential, with additional languages highly valued.

Duties

Engage with potential customers in busy, central Edinburgh locations to promote unique culinary experiences. Provide clear and persuasive explanations of our gastronomic services, generating interest and securing sales. Quickly and professionally establish connections with diverse audiences. Represent our brand positively and energetically, delivering exceptional customer interactions. Attend initial training provided by the company to develop effective communication and sales techniques. Maintain a professional appearance using partially provided branded attire and company-supplied promotional materials necessary for the role.

Experience

Previous experience in sales, promotions, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (essential); additional language skills are advantageous. Confident, proactive approach to interacting with the public. Ability to manage own schedule with flexibility, working independently and showing initiative. Positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for Edinburgh's culinary and cultural offerings.
