The eDiscovery Services team is responsible for Bank's data retrieval, retention, and transfer of electronically stored information to internal requestors and external third parties to meet legal, compliance and regulatory requirements.

Your key responsibilities
Effective communication with stakeholders within and outside their own area of expertise, ensuring transparency and alignment with organisational objectives. Acting as primary point of contact and liaison for preservation requests between various teams to ensure proper communication between all parties
Responsible for the data preservation (or collection) requests raised to the eDiscovery team. Ensuring that defined preservation processes are adhered to, making improvement recommendations where appropriate
Leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, and tactics. Responsible for adjusting or recommended enhancements in systems and processes to solve complex problems or improve productivity
Managing the work of a team consisting of junior and experienced staff who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments, by providing guidance and support to drive at high-performing levels. Safeguard the preservation process by ensuring the teams are properly trained
Producing executive level reports with actionable insights, highlighting key performance metrics, and trends. Develop and present trending reports that track performance overtime
Operating comfortably within a global team to pick up projects and support other regions where data privacy permits
Your skills and experience
Bachelor's degree that is IT-related or with a legal-focus OR eDiscovery subject matter expert and eDiscovery work experience with a company, law firm, professional service provider
Experience in client relationship management and ability to positively influence and motivate stakeholders and team members through robust dialogue, facilitation, and persuasiveness.
Ability to engage across a range of backgrounds and levels of seniority with the ability to translate technical terms into language that non-technical persons can understand
Exhibit leadership qualities by setting a clear vision, motivating teams, and leading by an example. Demonstrate unwavering commitment to the organisation's mission, values, and global objectives
Extensive experience in executive leadership, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar capacity. (essential). SQL, BigQuery, Programming and/or scripting experience is a plus
Detail oriented, analytical mindset, and strong organizational skills. Proven experience with identifying opportunities for automation or simplification of repetitive tasks
