Job Description

We are supporting one of the UK's fastest-growing higher education consultancies, dedicated to help students, particularly those without traditional qualifications, gain access to foundation and undergraduate degree programmes at UK universities. The team works closely with admissions departments to ensure every applicant is genuine, compliant, and supported throughout their journey.

About the Role


We are seeking experienced student recruitment consultants and education agents who already have access to potential students interested in studying at UK universities. Your role is to refer eligible students to our admissions team, who will guide them through application and enrolment.

You'll work independently, set your own hours, and earn commission for every student who successfully enrols.

Ideal Candidate



Already refers or recruits students for UK universities, colleges, or training providers Understands Student Finance England requirements Motivated, well-networked, and self-managed Comfortable working remotely and on commission basis

How You'll Make Referrals



You'll refer students through an official online referral system: a simple form that captures the student's contact details and eligibility information.

Once you submit a referral, the Admissions Team takes over:

They contact the student to verify academic background and Student Finance eligibility. They assist your referral with their university application and enrolment. You can track progress and referral status through our CRM dashboard or by liaising with our Recruitment Manager.
Referrals can come from:

Your existing student network (friends, clients, or previous applicants) Community outreach (local colleges, community centres, religious or cultural organisations) Social media (Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp groups, etc.) Personal recommendations (word of mouth or direct introductions)
We provide full guidance on how to qualify leads, what information to collect, and how to ensure each applicant is genuine and compliant with Student Finance England requirements.
