We are looking for someone who:



Communicates confidently and professionally, both in person and in writing Can multitask, prioritise, and use their own initiative Is confident using IT systems and standard office software Understands the importance of safeguarding, confidentiality, and data protection Is friendly, approachable, and eager to help wherever needed

Key Responsibilities:



Provide a welcoming front-of-house presence, greeting visitors and supporting students Carry out administrative tasks to support the education team, including maintaining records and filing logs Manage general office duties such as printing, photocopying, and resource organisation Keep internal systems and databases up to date and accurate Support with exams, including invigilation and the smooth day-to-day running of the centre

Job Type:



Full-time:

37.5 hours per week, 41 weeks per year

Working hours:

8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday


Salary:


29,078 - 31,149 per annum (FTE), depending on experience and qualifications.
Actual salary paid: 21,500 - 23,000 per annum, based on working 42 weeks per year.
