Your Role



Supporting Teaching and Learning

You will work alongside qualified teachers to deliver in person and online sessions for Key Stage 2 students. You will support small group learning, help deliver sessions, and contribute to marking and feedback. Your presence will support both the structure and spirit of the learning environment with qualified teacher at your side.
Remote Learning Engagement

Using our bespoke online learning platforms, you will help deliver remote sessions that are clear, focused, and motivating. With guidance from our teaching team, you will contribute to helping children feel supported and confident throughout their academic journey.
Creating Learning Materials

You will help design and improve educational resources that make English and maths engaging and accessible. You will receive full training in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and TargetTeach to support this work.
Video Content and Educational Communication

You will be supported in learning how to edit and produce video content. From behind the camera or in front of it when needed, you will help deliver short, clear videos that reinforce classroom learning.
Research and Written Content

You will work with our education and marketing teams to help produce blog posts, articles, and updates. Your writing will support families by explaining strategies, sharing learning advice, and highlighting our work.
Events and Enrichment

You will help prepare and support educational events such as mock exams, workshops, and student celebration days. Your attention to detail and time management will ensure events run smoothly and positively.

Work Pattern



This is a full-time, office-based role at our Solihull Head Office. You will work up to two weekday evenings and some Saturday mornings, with time off during the week to ensure a balanced 37.5 hour week is not exceeded.
