School Link & 14-16 Pathways Manager
to lead and manage our pre-16 curriculum offer at
Peterborough College
, part of the Inspire Education Group.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape innovative 14-16 vocational pathways, work closely with partner schools, and ensure that learners get the very best start in their education and career journeys.
What the Role Involves:
As the School Link & 14-16 Pathways Manager, you will:
Lead the
planning and delivery
of our 14-16 vocational careers programme in partnership with local schools.
Act as the
key liaison between the College and secondary schools
, building and maintaining strong, professional relationships.
Ensure
compliance
with all relevant guidelines for pre-16 learners in an FE setting.
Develop and manage
financial planning tools
, contracts, and fee agreements for schools.
Represent the College at events such as school
parents' evenings, careers fairs, and open evenings
.
Support the Vice Principal Curriculum & Quality by preparing reports and updates for key stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with curriculum, support, and marketing teams to ensure that information, communications, and provision meet the highest standards.
Lead the
continuous development
of our pre-16 offer -- keeping it responsive, relevant, and learner-focused.
What skills you will have:
We're seeking someone with:
Extensive experience
working with schools and within further education.
Proven ability to plan curriculum pathways and manage complex, cross-institutional relationships.
Excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills.
A good understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and support requirements for 14-16-year-olds in FE.
Confidence working with data, reports, and budgets.
A positive, proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and leadership.
You'll also need:
A Level 3 qualification or above in a relevant field.
Level 2 (GCSE or equivalent) in English and Maths.
Teacher training or management qualifications are desirable.
