Summary of the role
Education and Student Support:
The Education and Student Support (ESS) Directorate provides all of the key administration and education support activities that underpin the student experience from Fresher's week to Graduation. This role is within the Education Support team which provides the core and critical operational support for teaching administration and support for delivery of taught undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
About the Role:
This role sits within the Business School's Flagship Programmes Team, which provides the core and critical operational support for teaching administration and support for delivery for the Business School's Flagship Programmes. This is a small, dedicated team of staff working in close collaboration with other professional services teams to deliver seamless support for students and academics. This is a varied role, and in addition to standard education support tasks, the post holder will also work collaboratively to support additional activities relating to field trips and events, admissions and recruitment, and employability and careers.

These roles form a vital part of our support services, including delivering a face-to-face service for students and staff, as such, role holders will be expected to work from campus for a minimum of two days per week, as well as full-time, for up to six months, whilst training is completed.
The role holder may also be required to work flexibly during periods of peak demand, including outside normal working hours. The role holder will also be required to undertake short periods of travel, both within the UK and overseas, to support student study trips.
