About the Role:
As a key member of the Education Support team, you'll be part of a Hub Team supporting the delivery of programme and student support, contributing to the vibrant learning environment at the University of Exeter. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow as a team leader and manager in an administration and customer services environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide advice, guidance, and administrative support to students and staff.
Lead, motivate, and manage a small team delivering administrative and customer support services.
Support the delivery of taught programmes across a diverse range of activities from enrolment to graduation, including student record maintenance, supporting assessment delivery and administration and awarding and progression.
Collaborate within a cross-Faculty team to support undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
