Overall Responsibilities:

\xef\x82\x95 To develop and implement strategic plans that align with our mission and goals, ensuring long-term sustainability and growth.

\xef\x82\x95 To assess and optimise operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline administrative workflows.

\xef\x82\x95 To provide expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure the effective and sustainable use of financial resources.

\xef\x82\x95 To collaborate with educators to review and enhance the curriculum, ensuring it meets educational standards, integrates industry-relevant skills, and fosters a conducive learning environment for students.

\xef\x82\x95 To contribute to the institution\'s success, helping it to remain competitive and provide high-quality education to its students.

Main Duties:

Curriculum Development

1. To assist in the design, development and enhancement of educational curricula that align with educational standards.

2. To promote effective learning outcomes and cater to the needs of diverse student populations.

3. To work with teachers to implement and monitor effective schemes of work, course delivery, assessments, pupil surveys and pupil data in line with school policy.

4. To deliver enrichment programmes.

Strategic planning and Development

5. To assist in developing long-term strategic plans and setting educational goals and establishing framework for continuous improvement to ensure the institution remains competitive and aligned with its mission and vision.

Student Support Services

6. To develop and implement student support services, including academic counselling, career guidance and mentoring programs to foster student success, well-being and overall academic achievement.

Equality and Diversity

7. To be responsible for promoting equality and diversity in line with the centre policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Education or relevant, educational
  • Familiarity with educational technologies and a commitment to staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in the field of education.
Skills / Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Organisation skills
  • Skilled in identifying problems and brainstorming potential solutions
  • Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to make a positive contribution to the team, valuing and respecting others\xe2\x80\x99 expertise and contribution
Special Requirements:
  • Ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children, young people and vulnerable adults
  • Willingness to continuously update skills and knowledge
  • Emotional resilience and a flexible approach accommodating changing priorities and working patterns
  • Awareness of health and safety requirements relevant to the job
