An exciting opportunity has arisen, enabling us to recruit Educational Teaching Assistants to work as part of our team, shaping a high quality, exemplary Additional Resourced Provision for children with CCI needs. Our outstanding infant and junior schools are looking for passionate, reflective practitioners who have a positive attitude to join our newly created provision team. The provisions will cater for children with complex communication and interaction needs from Reception to KS2, across 2 sites.

The posts will be initially sited within the junior ARP. There will be opportunity to work within the infant ARP once opened.

As key professionals for the resourced provision for communication and interaction needs, the post holder will lead group activities for our pupils as well as working with pupils on an individual basis. The successful candidates will also work in partnership with parents/carers and families as well as other professionals to maximise outcomes for pupils.

Our team benefits from tailored support, targeted professional development opportunities and the chance to work in a friendly and collaborative learning community.
