Description



This role requires you to provide information, advice and guidance, and support to Internal departments as well as existing, new and potential customers using or considering using online learning. You will provide administration tasks in line with our online platforms, be responsible for reviewing data and providing accurate reports. You will also work on the e-Learning Support Desk answering customer tickets.




The role also involves providing training remotely and face to face with internal and external customers.




To carry out tasks relating to our online learning that arise from the Director of Curriculum Growth, Design and Enhancement and the wider organisation.

Role Information



DUTIES


Provide day-to-day remote IAG and support for our internal departments and customers who use our EdTech Products. Log support calls from customers and implement solutions where appropriate to meet customer requirements connected to our online platforms Provide occasional onsite support and training for customers on our online platforms Support the administration and allocation of courses / qualifications Support in the development of training materials for customers and/or Learning Curve Group colleagues regarding our online platforms Administer the online platforms including, providing "trial" log ins for customers and colleagues Administer set up and monitoring of the online platforms Upload learner and other data onto the system within agreed timescales Produce Reports Provide learners, customers and colleagues with support, advice guidance as part of your everyday role

IT literate and highly competent English and Maths at level 2 or above Professional customer service experience in a support role Ability to work autonomously with excellent prioritisation skills and self-motivation Excellent customer service skills and a desire to solve client issues Confident to lead on training sessions (Remote/Face to Face) Good planning, time management and documentation skills Ability to work to high levels of accuracy Knowledge of or exposure to LMS systems Able to think and plan, using own initiative Willingness to learn new skills Honest and trustworthy Diligent Flexible Able to work to deadlines Good team player
