What will you be doing?

As part of the 'Learning & Development' team, you will be involved in creating and maintaining our e-learnings. For this, it's important that you can present text and information in a simple, graphical, creative, and accessible way. As an e-learning specialist, you will develop inspiring and effective e-learnings that meet the needs of our employees and customers. It's not necessary to be a specialist in our products yourself. You will actively collaborate with our subject matter experts. In your role, you are an essential link in contributing to an optimal learning outcome. You will do this by:


Developing clear, structured content that truly makes an impact on these target groups. Managing and updating existing e-learning modules based on user feedback and relevant developments, ensuring our e-learnings stay up to date. Continuously exploring new developments around AI and other technologies.

In this role, you are part of our Learning & Development team at our headquarters in the Netherlands. You will work remotely from our office in Birmingham with your colleagues in the team!

What do you bring?

First and foremost, we look at you as a person, but we also find it important that:


you have completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Educational Science, or a similar field; you have at least 1 year of work experience in a similar role; you have excellent command of the English language and are precise with spelling; you have an affinity for training and educating people; you work in a structured and detail-oriented way and can meet deadlines well.

It's a plus if

you enjoy diving into the content of our software; you can present information and text clearly and creatively using multiple tools; you enjoy contributing ideas to professionally and effectively set up our e-learnings.

We are 4PS, we develop business software for the construction industry. In addition to our own ERP application 4PS Construct, which is based on Microsoft technology, we produce various web portals and applications that are interconnected to provide our customers with an integrated total solution.
