(37.5) hours per week, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

Manage diaries and schedule appointments to ensure smooth project coordination Create detailed scopes of work for installers to support efficient execution Plan and coordinate logistics to keep projects on track and on time Maintain strong organisational systems and workflows across the department Communicate confidently with installers to relay project requirements and updates

Required Skill Set:

A people person with great communication skills Confident in using several systems databases at the same time Effective time management and organisational skills Problem-solver who stays cool under pressure Experience in admin/coordination role (bonus!)
