We're looking for an experienced

Electrical Design Engineer

to join a leading Defence & Maritime project team. You'll be involved in the full lifecycle of

electrical system and wiring loom design

, supporting major naval and marine platforms.


Key Responsibilities

Design and develop

electrical systems, wiring looms, and harness assemblies

. Create and maintain

electrical enclosures, cabinets, and consoles

. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on-site to support integration and installation activities. Use

Zuken E3

(mandatory) and

Windchill

for design and documentation tasks.

Qualifications

What you will need:

Minimum

5 years' experience

in electrical design, loom, or harness engineering. Proven background within

Defence, Maritime, or Naval projects

. Strong understanding of

Zuken E3

(no training provided). Familiarity with

Windchill

software. Comfortable working

on-site at shipyards

and adapting to project needs. Must hold or be eligible for

BPSS clearance

. Applicants must be nationals from the

UK, EU, NATO countries, or Japan
