Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Multi skilled Building Services Engineer, electrically qualified with a good understanding of HVAC. Carrying out scheduled Planned Maintenance and reactive requirements on your assigned site.

Key Responsibilities:

To attend Cambridge Maintenance site to ensure that the maintenance, servicing and repair works are carried out in accordance with Cambridge Maintenance and current relevant legislation. To test and certify electrical installations and minor works in accordance with the NIC/EIC approved contractor scheme and IET BS7671 Wiring Regulation. To communicate regularly and effectively with clients, suppliers and other Cambridge Maintenance personnel in order to maintain and develop excellent professional working relationships and ensure smooth operation of the business. To organise works allocated time efficiently and work supportively within a team. To complete site logs and site diaries on a daily basis. To submit clear, concise and accurate task sheets and reports (with photographs) daily in support of works carried out, with clear recommendations for any further work required.

Hours of Work:

Monday-Friday - Engineers are contracted to 42.5 hours per week with overtime starting after 47.5 hours.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Electrically qualified City and Gilds level 3 To carry out installation of plant, fixtures and fittings as required To carry out servicing and repairs of onsite plant, fixtures, and fittings To organise various housekeeping tasks and arrangements Ability to fault find Electrical equipment faults within commercial properties ###

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Training in Legionella Awareness & Emergency Lighting Regulations 18th Addition PASMA Cert 2391 test and inspection.
