? Translate complex engineering and technical standards into clear, concise, and engaging training materials, including presentations, case studies, and practical exercises.
? Conduct interactive workshops and seminars, both in-person and virtually, ensuring a high level of participant engagement and understanding.
? Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in industrial technology, automation, security practices, and engineering tools, integrating them into updated training content and new modules.
? Provide expert guidance and support to trainees, addressing their questions and clarifying challenging engineering concepts.
? Assess training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and performance evaluations, continuously refining training methodologies and content.
? Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
Requirements
? Must be a UK resident with a valid work permit.
? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field.
? Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in applying and interpreting engineering concepts
? A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in training or instructional role, with a strong track record of designing and delivering effective technical training programs.
? Advanced knowledge of current industry standards, interpretations, and practical application.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
? Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
? Able to perform well in high-pressure situations and adapt to diverse learning styles.
? Able to give and receive constructive feedback.
