Job Description
We're looking for an experienced
Electrical Manager
to lead and manage all electrical activities across our projects. Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll oversee project delivery, team performance, safety compliance, and client relationships to ensure high-quality results across all operations.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the electrical operations team. Oversee multiple electrical projects from estimation to completion. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Manage budgets, resources, and schedules effectively. Maintain strong client and supplier relationships.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent. CSCS Black Card / SSSTS Card. HVAP Switching qualification. 5+ years' experience managing large-scale electrical projects. Strong leadership and communication skills. Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
Degree or certification in Electrical Engineering / Project Management. IOSH or similar safety training. Experience in renewable or industrial electrical projects.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 65,000.00-80,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
