Electrical Manager | Leicester & Midlands | 45K-58K DOE + Benefits

Are you an experienced electrical professional ready to lead, inspire, and make an impact? We're looking for a hands-on Electrical Manager to drive excellence across electrical projects, from solar PV installations to general electrical works.

The role will involve -

Lead and manage electrical engineers and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Oversee electrical contracts, maintaining compliance with industry regulations and safety requirements.

Conduct site audits, monitor team performance, and resolve blockers to keep projects running smoothly.

Manage resources efficiently -- labour, materials, and equipment -- for maximum productivity.

Ensure electrical certification, inspections, and compliance meet NICEIC/NAPIT standards.

We are keen to speak with people who have the following -

JIB Gold Card or NVQ Level 3 equivalent Minimum 5 years' domestic electrical experience C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent) Full UK driving licence Experience with solar PV installations and NICEIC compliance (desirable) Comfortable with digital reporting tools
