to oversee the day-to-day running of our electrical office operations. This is a predominantly office-based role, acting as the central point of communication between site teams, customers, and management.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical contracting within the new-build housing sector, excellent organisational skills, and the confidence to manage compliance, tenders, and customer communications.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Operational Management
Manage the day-to-day running of the electrical office
Act as the main liaison between office staff, site managers, electricians, and customers
Ensure smooth communication between office and site teams
Carry out general office administration duties as required
Tendering
Prepare and submit tenders for new-build housing projects
Work closely with management on pricing and submissions
RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements)
Prepare RAMS prior to contract award
Communicate RAMS systems and procedures to site teams
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
Previous experience within an
electrical contracting or construction office role
Strong knowledge of electrical compliance and industry standards
Understanding of RAMS preparation and review
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Desirable
Experience tendering for
new-build housing sites
Knowledge of payroll processing for site operatives
Familiarity with site management processes and workflows
