Job Overview

We are seeking a Panel Builder and Goods In person to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a a can-do attitude and show willing to learn and work well both independently and within a team. This role requires no mechanical knowledge and electrical experience. As a Panel Builder, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and construction of various projects, ensuring high-quality standards are met. the chosen candidate will also be responsible for the goods in and goods out process to help streamline projects.

Responsibilities

Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to assemble components and structures. Apply surface mount technology in the assembly process as required. Conduct thorough inspections of assembled items to ensure compliance with quality standards. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the assembly process, applying mechanical knowledge to resolve problems. Answer the door and process all parts, allocating them to the specific jobs before build commences. Ensuring all our goods are loaded onto the vans carefully, following our goods out process. Working with other members to streamline our goods in/goods out process, making the working day run smoothly.

Requirements

No experience needed in panel building or goods in. Full training will be provided on the job. Electrical experience is desirable but not essential. Proficient in using both hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
