We are seeking an

Electrical Site Supervisor

to join our expanding team.

Role Overview

As the Electrical Site Supervisor, you will oversee onsite project delivery, scope and plan daily/weekly work activities, manage installation teams, ensure compliance with all safety standards, and provide technical support throughout each project.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support onsite delivery teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Manage all onsite health, safety, and compliance requirements on behalf of our clients. Plan and oversee daily site operations to minimise downtime and ensure smooth project progression. Coordinate material deliveries, organise waste removal, and maintain clear communication with clients throughout each project. Work closely with the Senior Project Manager to plan and coordinate daily and weekly site activities.

About You

Previous experience in an Electrical Supervisor role. Minimum City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 qualification. Strong understanding of BS7671 (IET Wiring Regulations). SMSTS or SSSTS certification is desirable. Full UK driving licence. Competent ICT skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a wider team.

Pay: 34,000.00-36,000.00 per year
