Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation works within our organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing electrical teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, ensuring works are installed as per design drawings and delivering projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all electrical activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications Lead and manage electrical teams, providing guidance, and support to optimise performance. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across various projects. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project delivery. Prepare detailed reports on progress, issues, and resource utilisation for senior management review.

Experience

Proven supervisory experience within the electrical engineering sector. Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Excellent organisational skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Qualifications/Requirements

Time Served Electrician 18th Edition 2391 and/or 2394/5 Approved Electrician Grade ECS Card SSSTS IPAF (Desirable) PASMA (Desirable)
A company van will be provided as part of the role.

PAYE or CIS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 16.50-17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
