We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee our electrical projects and ensure the efficient operation of electrical systems. This role requires a keen understanding of schematics, logic controllers, and project management to maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. Manage project timelines and resources to ensure successful completion within set deadlines. Interpret and work from schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices in electrical work. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Troubleshoot electrical issues promptly and efficiently. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate project activities.

Requirements

Proven experience in an electrical supervisory role or similar position. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex electrical systems. Proficient in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with team members and stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Experience in project management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Familiarity with schematics and logic controllers is essential. Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
