Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled

Electrical Supervisor

to join our team who be responsible for overseeing and managing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in various settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, mechanical knowledge, and a solid understanding of electrical schematics and logic controllers. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity in all electrical projects.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage a team of electricians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. Interpret electrical schematics and diagrams to guide project execution effectively. Collaborate with project management teams to plan and execute electrical projects on time and within budget. Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify issues and implement corrective measures. Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in electrical work. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and project documentation. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in electrical work.

Qualifications

Electrical Level 3 NVQ

Qualified to 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

Full UK Driving License

Proven experience in an electrical supervisory role or similar position.

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various electrical systems. Strong project management skills, with the capability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations pertaining to electrical work is essential.
