Responsibilities
Supervise and manage a team of electricians and technicians to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
Oversee electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs while adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
Overseeing electrical certificates
Collaborate with project management teams to plan and execute projects within designated timeframes.
Provide training and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Proven experience in an electrical supervisory role or similar position.
Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret electrical certificates
Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively.
Strong project management abilities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to maintain a safe working environment while promoting best practices among team members.
