We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in electrical systems, project management, and schematics. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the electrical team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. Review and interpret electrical schematics to guide team members in their tasks. Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets while communicating progress to stakeholders. Provide leadership and training to team members, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions promptly.

Skills

Proven experience in supervising teams within an electrical or related field. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics. Excellent leadership qualities with a focus on team development and motivation. Solid mechanical knowledge relevant to electrical systems. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Familiarity with logic controllers is advantageous.
