We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Glasgow. In this pivotal role, you will oversee electrical projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and delivering high-quality results that align with our mission of providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Supervise electrical installations and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with regulations. Manage project timelines and resources effectively to meet client expectations. Provide leadership and guidance to the electrical team, fostering a culture of safety and excellence. interpret electrical schematics for various projects. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control across all electrical work. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate project activities. Maintain accurate documentation of project progress and compliance.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and safety standards. Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful delivery. Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers is highly desirable. Mechanical knowledge is a plus but not mandatory. Good command of English for effective communication.
