As the Electrical Supervisor based at our client's prestigious residential building, you will play a pivotal role in leading this site to deliver top-notch maintenance and repair services. Your responsibilities will include executing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules, addressing reactive tasks on-site, and collaborating with both the client and Contract Manager to meet and exceed expectations.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Your Role:
Foster positive client relationships by understanding and meeting their building maintenance requirements.
Supervise both direct and sub-contracted staff to ensure high-quality work standards.
Prioritise Health & Safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
Manage orders and quotes for contractor services.
Be willing to assist with maintenance duties as and when required as the 'working Supervisor'.
Ensure contract operations align with company standards and industry regulations.
Monitor day-to-day contract performance, promptly escalating any issues.
Build and maintain positive working relationships the contract and engineering teams.
Undertake any reasonable duties essential for the effective functioning of the Supervisor role.
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential: City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical qualification or equivalent.* Essential: Experience in Facilities maintenance, testing, and fault finding on various equipment, Supervisory experience.* Desirable: Knowledge and experience in BMS/Generator/Controls/Lighting Systems/ACOPS L8.* Desirable: HV Certificate.*
