Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for our client to lead our electrical team in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of electrical systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of electrical schematics, and the ability to manage projects effectively. This role is crucial for maintaining high safety standards while overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the electrical team to ensure timely completion of projects. Manage the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, including logic controllers. Interpret and work from electrical schematics to troubleshoot issues efficiently. Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices in electrical maintenance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations. Collaborate with project management teams to plan and execute electrical projects effectively. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and project documentation.

Skills

Proven experience in supervising teams within an electrical environment. Strong knowledge of logic controllers and their applications in various systems. Mechanical knowledge to assist in troubleshooting and repairs. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Proficient in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with team members and stakeholders. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics accurately. Strong project management skills to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.
