Flowing Energy Solutions has an exciting opportunity to join our growing business as a Electrical PV Supervisor. This role is crucial in ensuring optimal performance, adherence to safety protocols, and the delivery of high-quality installations.

About the Role:

The successful candidate should possess and demonstrate the following qualities:

Proven experience in electrical installation and solar PV systems. Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget. Provide technical direction during installation, commissioning and troubleshooting phases. Ensure clear, consistent communication to manage expectations and resolve issues. Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, electrical codes, and quality standards. Friendly and professional manner with excellent organizational and people management skills. Competence in using computer software, specifically Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of the role will include all aspects of managing retrofit PV systems, including:

Ability to adapt to change and work effectively as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Full, clean driving license. Supporting all members of the team. Conduct post-installation evaluations to verify system performance and client satisfaction.
