We are seeking a dedicated and experienced, Solar Electrician to join our team.

As a Solar Installer, you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems for residential and commercial properties.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with power and hand tools, previous knowledge of roof covering and mounting systems and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Install solar panels and related equipment on rooftops and ground-mounted systems. Conduct site assessments to determine optimal placement of solar installations. Perform electrical wiring and connections in accordance with safety standards. Use power tools and hand tools effectively to complete installations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all job sites. Troubleshoot issues that arise during installation or maintenance of solar systems.

Requirements

Proven mechanical knowledge, with experience in the use of power tools and hand tools. Familiarity with electrical systems is highly desirable. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy materials. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. Excellent problem-solving skills Willing to work in all weather Previous experience in solar installation or related fields is essential. A valid driver's licence is required for travel between jobs

Pay: 40,000.00-60,000.00 per year
