Job Description

We have an opportunity for an

Electro-Mechanical Assembler

to join us at Honeywell, in Newhouse, Motherwell, where you will be responsible for assembling pieces, parts and products to finished goods level by using a variety of specialized equipment and tools. You will be competent in reading and interpreting Job Instruction Sheets to complete tasks to the quality standard.

This role is 100% onsite at our Newhouse location and will involve a 3-week rotational shift pattern between Monday to Saturday mornings.

Identifying parts and pieces with defects. Follow safety and quality standards. Follow company procedures and directives. Test finished products. Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.

Prior experience in a related industry or job position preferred but not essential. Prior soldering experience preferred but not essential. Basic working knowledge on how to use hand-held equipment correctly. Ability to work within a team and alone at times and be able to collaborate with people from other departments.
