Job Title: ELPL Fee Earner

Pabla + Pabla Solicitors are currently searching for an experienced ELPL Fee Earner to join our Didsbury based law firm.

Main Responsibilities:

First point of contact for injured claimants following accidents at work or in public places. Handling claims from inception to conclusion, including litigation. Submitting claims on MOJ Portal. Assessing liability, identifying correct defendants, instructing medical experts, valuing claims, and negotiating settlements. Working towards financial targets.

Job Requirement:

3+ years' experience working within Personal Injury. Ideally recently-qualified Solicitor or equivalent. Experience in Litigation. An understanding of the Person Injury pre-action protocol. Experience of stages 1, 2 and 3 of the MoJ portal (EL/PL). Ability to discuss funding with Personal Injury Claimants (CFAs, ATE, LEI). Experience using Proclaim or a similar case management system. Excellent communication skills and telephone manner. Experience in managing own caseload and hitting financial targets. Efficient in time-management and attention to detail Highly motivated and pro-active team player.
Other Information:

Very high quality and long-standing work sources. 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday between 09:00 - 17:30. The role is based in Didsbury, South Manchester in newly-refurbished prestige offices. (Some remote working available after completion of probation period). Very Attractive Quarterly bonus scheme.
