Rotork is looking for an Email Marketing & CRM Specialist to lead the development of our customer communication strategy. This role is central to designing and delivering personalised, automated email journeys that nurture leads and build long-term relationships. It combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of customer behaviour and lifecycle marketing, helping us connect meaningfully with audiences across the globe.


This role reports directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and works closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Service teams to ensure messaging is aligned across all customer journey touchpoints. You'll also collaborate with external vendors and platform providers to optimise performance and maintain compliance with global email regulations.


You'll bring 3-5 years' experience in email marketing or CRM, ideally within a B2B or industrial environment. Proficiency with platforms such as CE Outbound Marketing, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo is essential, along with strong CRM segmentation and automation workflow skills. Experience with GDPR compliance, behavioural marketing, and multilingual campaign localisation will be highly beneficial.

Qualifications

Experience Required



3-5 years' experience in email marketing or CRM, preferably in a B2B or industrial setting. Proficiency with email platforms such as CE Outbound Marketing, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo. Strong experience in automation workflows, lead scoring, and behavioural marketing. Familiarity with GDPR, global compliance standards, and multilingual campaign localisation.
