Royal Collection Trust welcomes visitors to the royal palaces, and our email communications are key to encouraging visits and acting as the gateway for visitor information across the royal residences.
Joining our dedicated Press and Marketing Team, you'll support our strategy of widening audience access through engaging digital communications, specifically by delivering impactful, user-focused email marketing that deepens understanding, builds relationships, and inspires visits to the royal residences.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, write and send engaging email campaigns and build automated journeys, using our CRM and email platforms.
Segment audiences effectively and use data insights to tailor content and optimise performance.
Collaborate with teams across the organisation to identify content opportunities and ensure all communications align with brand, accessibility, and GDPR standards.
Use analytics tools to report on campaign results and support strategic goals.
Support internal teams in email best practice, and contribute to wider digital content as needed, including maintaining website accuracy.
About you
Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in the cultural or non-profit sector, with a strong grasp of audience engagement.
Confident working with CRM and email marketing platforms, creating email content, data segmentation, and performance reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics 4).
You take a data-driven approach to your work, combining strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail to support decision-making.
Knowledge of email marketing best practices including accessibility, usability, and GDPR compliance.
Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
