About us

VPZ is a family-run business with our head office in Edinburgh. We have grown from just 1 store in Edinburgh to over 180 stores across the whole of the UK and with lots of new store openings planned, we're not stopping there. We are known for setting and driving the standards within the vape industry

About the role

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and sales.

The role also covers crafting compelling email content, segmenting audiences for personalised messaging, and leveraging data-driven insights to improve campaign performance.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and engaging communication strategy that aligns with VPZ's brand and business objectives.

Please note this role requires 5 days on site at our Newbridge, Edinburgh Head Office.

Qualifications/Experience required

Proven experience in email marketing, preferably within ecommerce or retail. Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar). Experience with email automation, segmentation, and personalisation strategies. Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
