Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team at O'Neills. In this role, you will play a vital part in the manufacturing process of our renowned sports products. Your contributions will help maintain our commitment to quality and innovation as we continue to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities

1. Maintaining the embroidery machines daily and recording in file.

2. Check off stock and prepare orders to go onto the machines ensuring it matches internal paperwork.

3. Setting up the machine with the correct threads and sampling

4. Run jobs on the machines ensuring accuracy!

5. Trim and pack finished embroidered garments.

6. Keep work area clean and tidy daily.

7. Highlight any issues with stock shortages/Faults at the earliest opportunity.

8. Manage any consumables needed for producing garments!

9. Achievement of operational KPIs.

10. Proactively resolve issues with internal decision makers.

11. Participate in all job training and coaching.

12. Always adhere to Health and Safety regulations.

13. Ensure good working relations with colleagues.

14. Ensure that absenteeism and tardiness are kept to a minimum.

15. Ensure that company polices are adhered to always, this includes Equal Opportunities Policy, Harassment Policy, Health and Safety Policy and Training Policy.

16. Any other reasonable duties requested.

Requirements

Experience as a Production Operator or similar role is preferred. Knowledge of embroidery or print processes is desirable but not essential. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Concentration and accurately following specified procedures. Ability to deal with people in a tactful way, work in a pressurised environment. Be co-operative and flexible in all situations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.. Ability to work effectively in a team environment or Independently. Good organisational and time management skills to handle regular and ad-hoc tasks efficiently.

Pay: 12.25 per hour
