Emergency Response Planning Coordinator (erpc)

Job Description

Responsible for assisting RMI's global operations by delivering key operational documentation, such as Medical Emergency Response Plans. In addition, supporting the GCC Supervisor with other critical response planning activities. Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of emergency planning documents including consulting with clients, researching new regions and capabilities, compiling data, drafting new templates, and quality controlling all client-facing emergency preparedness documents. Supports company wide efforts to implement technologies and systems, such as AI and automation, to increase efficiency and optimise processes.


The ERPC will also provide cover for the GCC Coordination team, which may include shift work within the Global Coordination Centre.

RESPONSIBILITIES

include, but are not limited to:


Receive and manage requests for new and updated MERPs, interfacing between the client, Global Coordination Centre and Assistance Services vendors. Ensuring timely and accurate creation of documents, tracking changes and billing the relevant client entity. Work collaboratively with Client and Vendor Operational teams to ensure effective delivery of assistance services products. Manage customer expectations in conjunction with sales team members and the GCC Supervisor. Assist COO and other responsible personnel with evaluation and implementation of technologies and systems to increase company productivity and efficiency. Weekly reporting of document status and general filing. Manage cross-department projects and communications. Actively participate at meetings, attend exhibitions and conferences when applicable. Provide cover/support to the GCC if required. Other duties as required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE


Minimum A Level education. HNC/HND or equivalent desirable. At least 1 years' experience in a similar role. Experience in creating and quality control of emergency response documents, such Medical Emergency Response Plans. Experience in a fast paced, high volume, mission-critical operations environment e.g. military operations, police control room - ideal but not essential. Experience designing, selecting, implementing and troubleshooting enterprise grade technical solutions for workforce efficiency and process optimisation, including artificial intelligence and automation tools.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:


A high level of literacy, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced IT skills, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint. The ability to multitask, organise work effectively and meet deadlines. The ability to work effectively as part of a team and with a wide range of people. Proven capacity to work on own initiative and with minimal or no supervision Knowledge of automation/artificial intelligence systems and enterprise level architecture

Hours 9am-5pm
