Job Summary


SWFCCP are looking to recruit a passionate individual to deliver on Employability programmes such as Traineeships and Community Learning. This individual should be passionate about helping NEETs (Not in Employment, Education and/or Training) into employment, or other positive destinations to move someone closer to employment. The individual should possess the skills to deliver innovative sessions to engage and develop learners.

Responsibilities



To work with the Employability team to deliver on employability programmes to meet organisational targets. Recruiting and retaining learners on programmes. Conduct work in a manner which is satisfactory to internal and external quality assurance processes. To assess and evaluate own performance against the aims of the programme. Assist in providing reports on the impact of the programme to funders, partners and the Community Programme. To complete all relevant paperwork records, filing and storing information as appropriate and compliant with GDPR. To complete and update compliance documents for funders. Assist in the preparation and issuing of any student correspondence/certificates. Monitor student's overall attendance across the programme and complete registers as appropriate. Liaise with key partners of the programme such as; EFL Trust, Job Centre Plus, employer organisations, DWP. This list is not exhaustive. Complete risk assessments of work placements in line with appropriate requirements. Conduct work placement visits in line with funders requirements. To liaise with marketing companies for website news bulletins. To work across the Community Programme where appropriate. Maintain and uphold learner's safety and welfare. To support Equality, Diversity & Inclusion practices and procedures in line with the SWFC EDI action plan. To promote and adhere to safeguarding practices and policies, ensuring that any concerns are logged safely, securely and escalated through CPOMS system, when necessary. Experience



Minimum of 1 years' experience delivering education, traineeship or employability programmes. Experience of successfully working with challenging and vulnerable young people. Experience of working with learners who have Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities

Qualifications



PTTLS or equivalent Level 3 or above teaching qualification (can work towards in post) Full UK Driving Liclense and use of a vehicle. Math's and English GCSE grades at 'C' or above. Satisfactory DBS check. Emergency First Aid.

Pay: 24,391.00 per year
