The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships. They will have knowledge and experiences of the IT sector and have the practical skills to implement basic IT principles within a classroom environment. They will also need to either hold or be willing to working towards Teaching and Assessing qualifications. They will be required to teach face to face lessons and deliver supportive feedback to students on their courses to help them develop and succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging lessons in employability skills, including CV writing, interview techniques, and job search strategies.
Provide IT training on essential software such as Microsoft Office, basic programming, and digital literacy.
Assess learners' needs and develop individualised learning plans.
Support and mentor learners to achieve their career and IT goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in teaching or tutoring employability skills and IT.
Strong knowledge of IT tools and workplace skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire learners from diverse backgrounds.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
